Return Policy For Delivered Filters

You are expected to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure merchandise was received in acceptable condition. If they are not, please do not accept the filters. Rather, please request a new set of filters.

• Please contact customer support directly regarding your return.

• Filters must be in original packaging where applicable.

• Filters are eligible for return 2 weeks from date of purchase only.

• All returns must be in “like-new” condition. is the sole arbiter of like-new condition.

• Your credit card will be credited the amount of your returned purchase. Posting of that return varies, but usually occurs between 2-10 business days.

• Sorry, custom and discontinued filters are not eligible for return.
